Sev Ohanian is an executive producer on VOICES RISING: THE MUSIC OF WAKANDA FOREVER on Disney+.
The series follows director Ryan Coogler and composer Ludwig Göransson across the globe to create the songs and sounds of BLACK PANTHER: WAKANDA FOREVER. Ludwig Göransson won an Academy Award for his score on 2018's BLACK PANTHER and is nominated this year for his work on BLACK PANTHER: WAKANDA FOREVER.
In 2021, we announced Proximity Media, which is run by principals Ryan Coogler, Zinzi Coogler, Sev Ohanian, Ludwig Göransson, Archie Davis and Peter Nicks, had made a five-year overall exclusive television deal with The Walt Disney Company. This series is part of that deal, along with IRONHEART, which will debut in Fall 2023.
The first episode of VOICES RISING: THE MUSIC OF WAKANDA FOREVER is now streaming on Disney+. The second and third episodes will be released on March 7 and March 14, respectively.
